Associate

Experience of 1- 3 years in Service desk tools like remedy/HP Open view.

Should have experience of building database of incidents /problems with resolution and Educate users through appropriate mechanism for self-help and problem prevention.

The incubment should be handling timely logging in of calls , follow-up for call closure, Enduser coordination, Progress update.

Capture, log, route, track, follow-up, close and report on incidents as per ITIL framework.

Skills required :

Experience of handling Incidents, Vendor Coordination, call logging, service desk tools like remedy/HP Openview.

Good Communication skill, Rotational Shift.

ITIL Certification will be good advantage.
