Graduate Trainee
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Must have knowledge on basics of Accounting.
Must have coordination with assigned branches / zones to ensure minimal pending jobs and
maximum closure within allocated TAT.
Should have excellent proven skills of Customer Support / Service provision.
Must have relocation to any branches as per requirement.
Travel as and when required for audit and training purposes.
Must have good Excel & typing skills
Must have good Typing skills.
Must know MS-Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) etc.
Hindi speaking preferable.
Should have good understanding of end to end knowledge of accounting flows.
Should have knowledge in invoicing/ledger.
Should possess good communication skills (both spoken English and written).
Candidate should be smart to face/discuss process related issues with client directly without
support.
Should provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to
customer queries over the voice based phone service
Should support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and
Technology vertical
Must troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router,
mobile handset etc.
