Software Developer
Gain immediate responsibility to develop products and services for our Javelin Software-
as-a-Service platform;
Work �in the trenches� with other developers to implement large features that wow our clients;
Leverage your expertise in C#, VB.NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Development, or Web
Infrastructure to build high quality software;
Partner with Software Managers, Product Managers, and QA analysts to develop realistic
implementation plans with a focus on quality, sustainability, and delivering value to our clients;
Stand up for engineering practices that ensure quality products: automated testing, unit testing,
agile development, continuous integration, code reviews, and technical design;
Improve the technical skills of yourself and your team;
Research industry trends and technologies, and promote adoption of best-in-class tools and
technologies;
Understand client business issues and actively participate in designing products and features that
meet client needs;
Candidate Profile
Bachelor�s Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or related discipline
required, with a demonstrated record of academic success (CGPA of 7.0 or higher);
1 � 3 years of relevant work experience in C#/Java based UI & web development experience is
absolutely essential for this role. We accept candidates with experience in any programming
language as long as they have excellent programming skills;
Strong analytic, problem solving, and programming ability;
Initiative and drive to contribute;
Excellent organizational and task management skills;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work in global cross-office teams.
