Job Description
Software Engineer
Design and build test automation frameworks and libraries to help us test more efficiently and
effectively.
Work with the test team to establish an automation test plan and subsequently a strategy for
complex web-based applications.
Develop and execute automated scripts for new features and regression tests.
Implement integration level tests to provide feedback early in the development cycle.
Understand, analyze, and report on test results.
Standardize automation processes and methodologies and advocate their use across the
organization
Expand, optimize, and maintain our existing test infrastructure
Research and recommend new test tools and automated test methodologies
Pair program, write unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate with QA analysts to ensure
the highest quality software.
Candidate Profile
The candidate should have completed Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electrical
engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. A demonstrated record of academic success and
significant programming experience are required.
Candidates should have strong academic record [India] (CGPA 7.0 or higher).
Candidates should have strong analytic, problem solving ability.
Candidates should have programming skills in any Object Oriented language � Java, C#, C++ .
Knowledge of Web technologies � HTML, XML, AJAX, JAVAScript.
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
Initiative and drive to contribute.
Excellent organizational and task management skills.
Strong communication skills.
