Job Description:
SaaS Application Administrator
Administer the day-to-day operational tasks for our Javelin� software suite.
Develop custom tools to optimize application performance.
Perform monitoring & control of global production environment.
Serve as an application expert and escalation point for Helpdesk Associates and clients.
Team with Software Development on software code changes and feature enhancements.
Troubleshoot technical issues relating to configuration and data.
Work with business teams to provision new client environments.
Build and maintain operational reports and documentation.
Administer the global application & systems production operations environment.
Ensure the readiness of disaster recovery & continuity capability is maintained.
Maintain regular back-ups of production application data.
Support application architecture based on standards & requirements.
Comply with, and ensure compliance to, established change control and operational procedures.
Skills:
BE/B.Tech (master�s preferred) from any stream, with good academic records.
MCSA or MCSE certification, ITIL certification preferred.
Highly motivated, works well in a fast paced collaborative team environment with business,
technical, and user experience team members.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity with evolving business needs.
Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational navigation skills.
Ability to work in global cross-office teams, including travelling to remote offices as required.
ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required.
Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
Able to work weekends.
