Help Desk Associate
Troubleshooting IT-related problems via telephone and remote access.
Complete administrative tasks, such as tracking help desk calls, assisting with organizational efforts
and asset management.
IT team projects as assigned.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree desirable.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support, or as a Helpdesk
Associate (preferred).
Candidates should have A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
Should havebility to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
Ability to work varied hours, enabling support in a 24/7 environment.
