Trouble
shooting related problems over phone and remotely

some administrative tasks, such as tracking help desk call process, assisting

Qualifications:
Strong oral
and written communication skills
Professional
appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
Engineer
with good academic background along with MCP/MCSA or A+certifications.
A+
certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
Prior work
experience as a Helpdesk Associate preferred.
Ability to
work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving
