Job Description:
Graphic/Web Designer
Design and development of highly robust and scalable applications in a large-scale distributed
systems environment.
Translating business requirements into system design and apply deep understanding of OO design
principles in creating custom software solutions. Offering creative alternatives to business design
wherever appropriate.
Ownership of key software modules, which would involve product enhancements and maintenance
of existing functionality. Effective debugging of issues and associated fixing in a time-critical
atmosphere.
Technical lead for projects including identification and management of dependencies across other
modules. Project planning for mid-level complexity projects, including scope management,
estimation, issue tracking and risk escalation.
Set coding and design standards and act as a mentor for junior engineers in the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
2-4 years of extensive experience with UI development including JavaScript, VueJS, AngularJS,
ReactJS, JQuery, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JSP & XSL.
Strong knowledge of AJAX, JSON and XML.
Working Experience in PWA & AMP development.
Strong analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility.
Experience developing rich user interfaces for web applications for desktop and mobile devices.
Web application development targeting a variety of devices by using responsive design techniques
and using HTML5/CSS3 standard.
Knowledge of user centered design interface design principles and best practices with proven
scenario development skills.
Define new UI elements / frameworks for use by development teams.
Working knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle/MySql) an added advantage.
Good understanding of SEO tips, tricks and techniques a major plus.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team environment.
