Job Description

SAP Basis Experience with installation of instances, client copies, application
of Support Stacks and patches, monitoring and tuning, transport management,
problem analysis and troubleshooting. of SAP Business Suite (consisting of ECC,
SRM, CRM, BI, PI, EP and Solution Manager 7.0/7.1)
Experience
in working with DB2 in z-O/S, LUW, AIX environments.
Should be
able to configure monitoring alerts and thresholds with CCMS/3rd party
monitoring tools.
Good
knowledge of SAP systems integration and how interfaces flow through SAP JAVA
and ABAP systems.
Should know
how to navigate and use all current XI/PI tools including NWA, Visual Admin,
J2EE Configuration Tool, RWB, JSPM, Integration Builder.
Should know
how to navigate, use and understand the BI system, setting up SAP and Non-SAP
Data sources, Resolving issues related to Process chains and data loads.
Must have
experience to configure and trouble shoot SAP routers and Ability to use SAP
standard support process.
Should have
understanding of how to manage and administer terabytes sized databases within
a complex environment. And tackle issues with Network communications.
Must have
experience providing documentation for implemented technical solutions, such as
installation procedures, system administration procedures, and monitoring
procedures.
Extensive
application support background, with experience in managing priorities and
workloads and co-coordinating the resolution of issues across teams
Good to
have Run SAP certification.
Excellent
communication skill
Willing to
travel within India & abroad for projects
Should be
willing to work in shifts
Solve
problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Must have
excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Possess
excellent project management and organizational skills.
Work
independently, be a self-starter.
