Accounts Executive
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
To lead a large team with focus on performance to achieve goals, including coaching and developing teams.
To ensure that the team operates effectively and maintains service level agreements.
Possess proven ability to manage workflows and processing tasks
Possess previous experience analyzing business performance measures and reporting.
Possess prior experience in training facilitation and administration to develops and/or conducts
training programs
Should be an SME in P2P / O2C / R2R / GL
To collaborate with Support Functions like IT, HR, & Finance to establish the right infrastructure to
enable smooth Operations.
To perform functions associated with monthly financial closing
Flexible to work in Night shifts
F&A BPO and Team handling experience Mandatory
