Recruiter

Handling end to end of recruitment, which includes sourcing, interviewing, short listing, salary negotiation, releasing offer letter, following up until joining.

Working on multiple requirements simultaneously

Interacting with all levels of management

Must be able to do Market Analysis, Organizational mapping, Networking and Generating references

Meeting all the SLA

Supporting team members

Requisites :

Must have a flare for recruitment

Should have good interpersonal & communication skills

Experience of 2-3 yrs in recruitment with corporate organization ( BPO preferred )

Comfortable handling mass / volume hiring, campus hiring and lateral hiring.

Graduation/ Post Graduation from any stream

Willing to work on extended hours if needed.

Ability to work in any shift timings.
