Job Description:
Front Office Executive
Responsible for preparing Proposals, sales letters, sharing proposal with clients on timely basis.
To handle sales follow ups from clients & sharing DAR with sales heads on daily basis.
Co-ordination with sales team to prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for
clients.
Taking client's feedback & maintain a healthy relation with existing clients through the emails &
flower bouquet.
Travel arrangement for the management as require,40% of calling would be there & No sales Target
only work target.
Able to efficiently respond to any on-line or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Responsible for Database Validation & e-mailers or News letter preparation for existing as well as
new clients.
Good Com skills with cheering personality.
