Job Description
Associate
Data
extraction and mining from insurance source systems for financial reporting and
analysis as required by BU controllers.
Development
and maintenance of existing Access databases excel spreadsheets to provide
financial reports like Ageing, Trial Balance, UPR/DAC etc along with automation
of various processes.
Performing
various insurance underwriting source systems interfaces to PeopleSoft and
various Stage reconciliations as per FIC. Identification, analysis and
resolution of issues in liaison with BU controllers and various IT teams.
Understanding,
analyzing and performing mapping table changes in commensurate with XL Policies
and external reporting requirements.
Preparation
of all required insurance reports from source underwriting systems(GENIUS etc)
using COGNOS and OBIEE
Participate
in projects as required to ensure that all potential impacts to Financial data
are handled in full accordance with Finance Dept requirements
Running
complex SQL query to fetch data from various databases.
Participate
in organization wide projects and perform System Integration and User
Acceptance testing along with preparing the required support documentation.
Eligibility:
Graduate /
Post Graduate with IT background, BCA/MCA/PGDCA.
B. Tech
freshers can also apply.
Candidate
should have minimum 50% marks in highest Qualification.
Advanced
VBA, MS - Access and MS-Excel skills.
Good SQL
Server Knowledge with excellent understanding of queries, Joins, etc is a MUST
