Voice Process
Candidate should possess Graduate in any discipline
The opening is only for male candidates willing to work in night shift.
At least 0.6 months - 5 Years of experience in international Voice Process.
Strong communication communication skills in English.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Handle Inbound calls for Customer Service Department and resolve customer queries.
Make Outbound Calls to customers to provide resolution.
Maintain high standards of Call Quality and Compliance.
Strive towards Customer Satisfaction.
