Team Leader
Candidate should possess Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
HSC Passed can also apply if he has relevant years of experience.
At least 4 years of work experience in a voice process.
Should have at least 1 year of experience as a team leader role in Voice Process (in day/night shift).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and
business partners.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Strong customer service focus with a drive to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our clients.
