Wordpress,joomla customization is must
Ability to work on latest technologies and multi tasks simultaneously.
Designer Skills:
Good knowledge in CSS, Jquery.
Know about responsive design.
Shoud knowledge in dashboard creation.
Psd,flash is plus.
