Job Description:
Technical Service Desk
Manage a team of Service Desk Analysts providing support across 24�7
Responsible for Service Levels ASA, Abandon, FCR etc. and managing team of 15-20 Analysts.
Delivery � The incumbent is required to study the DD/transition documents and gain understanding
of customer business Contribute to KM activities create / edit SOP s based on any changes in the
Support environment.
Follow quality/security process defined for the engagement Independently handle escalated calls,
assist the customer to determine problems and provide resolutions on any customer care issues &
service problems, assess customer s needs.
Analysis of reports including process dashboards, team performance reports, initiating appropriate
action plans & initiate trainings.
Skills
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/Any Degree from a recognized university
Experience: 0-1 years
Mandatory Skills: TIS Service Desk
Desirable Skills: Language Skills: English Language
