Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST.
Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and
Internet services.
Ability to analyze and solve technical queries/issues over the phone.
