Sourcing Executive
Candidate should possess Graduate in any discipline.
Good English communication skill.
Work experience in sourcing and calling candidates through Job Portals.
Knowledge of managing job portal- search, posting jobs, posting Ad, Sending bulk E-mail.
Data mining through job portals / Other direct sources
Calling, shortlisting & scheduling candidates for interviews.
Generate new leads through social media/websites/other direct sources
Follow up, track candidates to ensure joining.
Experience of sourcing through JOB PORTALs (Naukri, Monster & Times) required.
