Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:
Website technical support & maintenance like troubleshooting & resolving issues (Bugs, errors, changes) in a PHP/Drupal based website
Updating content in website
Adjusting HTML, CSS of pages for best fit of content
Communicating with client & Web Spiders team for requirement understanding of issues
Making monthly reports on technical support service

Skill Set:
Candidate having good communication skill & must be residing anywhere in south kolkata preferably between Taratala to Joka area
Basic understanding of PHP,My SQL,HTML/XML & website building knowledge
Rudimentory interaction with CMS tools such as Joomla, Drupal will be added advantage
Candidate should be smart, intelligent, confident & internet as well as social networking savy.
