Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should possess Graduate / Post graduate from a recognized university.
1+ year experience of technical support in networking domain.
Good knowledge of LAN, WAN infrastructures.
Good exposure on network services (Routers, Switches, ISP services, Hubs etc)
Experience in technical process - service desk or order management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong coordination, problem solving, analytical skills.
Experience in providing services to agreed SLAs.
Should have knowledge of clients business expectations..
Languages (French, German, Spanish, and Arabic) are preferable.
