Job Description: :
Selected candidates will be trained on niche technologies in IT Service Management Space (BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC BSM / BMC ESMetc) for 3 months and then work as developers / junior consultant in the same space.
(BMC Remedy ITSM is suite of applications including BMC Remedy Service Desk. BMC Remedy is widely used in Fortune 500 organizations.BMC solutions are market leader in the ITSM space. Many of the BMC applications are built over BMC Remedy ARS development framework. )
BMC Remedy / BSM consultants and developers generally have faster growth trajectory compared to plain Java / C / Dot Net programmers.

Desired Profile :

Qualification: IT Graduates of 2010 of Before
Or
Post graduates of 2010 or before

Skills Required:
• Very good programming skills in Java / C / C++/ Dot Net
• Atleast 1+ Yrs of experience in IT preferably as developer
• Good Aptitude, analytical and problem solving skills are necessary
• Very good communication skills
• Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of OO based applications
• Good knowledge of Databases, Programming languages, Operating Systems, Networking etc
• Willingness to relocate to Pune
• Willing to learn new skills

Selection process will be followed:
• Written test
• Written Programme
• HR interview
• Final Round

The candidate should be willing to relocate to domestic /international location if required and, willing to learn new skills.
