Job Description

Network Engineer

Carry out base monitoring and control of components used on all agreed platform or networks

Log of events and case registration of incidents occurred in operations

Carry out event and incident localisation/resolution/escalation in accordance with given instructions

Interact with Service Delivery, Service Desk, Service Runtime Management and Infrastructure Production.

Authorized to make commitments that falls within the scope described in the "Individual Job Description" agreed with the Line Manager and/or any other contract /directive effective in the specific infrastructure area

Qualification:

Minimum 10+2+3 years of full time education

Strong Iseries & Integration Skills

ITIL foundation knowledge/certification but not mandate.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must

Experience:

Experience between 1 to 3 years in the IT infrastructure

Previous work experience in a similar role utilizing the required skills
