Job Description:
Junior Trainee/Field Assistant Trainee
Junior Trainee: 645 Posts
SSC with full time ITI / Diploma in Engineering in the following Trades/ Disciplines (60% marks in
regular ITI / Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC candidates, 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates
Preference will be given to Displaced Persons (DPs) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP).
Female candidates are eligible to apply in Electrical branch only.
Note: Professional degrees e.g.,BE/B.Tech,BL, BHMSetc., MBA /PostGraduation or above not
eligible
Field Assistant Trainee: 91 Posts
Matric /SSC from a recognized Board(Intermediate, ITI are permisible)
Preference will be given to Displaced Persons (DPs) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP).
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply
Note: Diploma in Engineering / any graduation including Professional degrees e.g.,BE/B.Tech,
BL,BHMS etc., MBA /Post Graduation or above
AGE LIMIT: 18-27 Years
Junior Trainee:
Written Test will be conducted on General Aptitude (including knowledge in English and Telugu) and
Domain (Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy). Test papers will be set in bilingual in English and
Telugu.Candidates shortlisted based on performance in written test will be called for Certificate
Verification. Merit list will be prepared separately for each branch and candidates will be selected
as per the vacancies in each branch.
Selection will be through Written Test and Certificate Verification.
Candidates will have to appear for the written test at their own cost. Written test will be
conducted at test centre(s) in Andhra Pradesh.
Likely date for Written Test is 9 th July 2017 (Forenoon).
Field Assistant Trainee:
Written Test will be conducted on General Aptitude (including knowledge in English and Telugu).
Test papers will be set in bilingual in English and Telugu. Candidates shortlisted based on
performance in written test will be called for Certificate Verification followed by Physical test.
Selection will be through Written Test, Certificate Verification & Physical Test for other than PWD
candidates and through Written Test & Certificate Verification for PWD candidates.
Candidates will have to appear for the written test at their own cost. Written test will be
conducted at test centre(s) in Andhra Pradesh.
Likely date for Written Test is 9th July 2017 (Afternoon).

Employment Exchange Sponsored candidates whose names are uploaded in RINL-VSP website)
