Admin Executive(only Male Candidates)
Candidate should possess Graduate in any stream
Vendor/Contractor identification and follow-up quotations and negotiations.
Coffee/Snack/Meal management.
Office maintenance & cleanliness.
Stationery, business cards and inventory management.
Preparing weekly reports and sending to reporting manager.
Preparation and maintaining of attendance office boy, Housekeeping staffs and Security Guards.
Should be flexible to work on shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work experience in BPO sector in Admin department would be an added advantage.
Only Male candidates.
