Job Description
Testing Engineer
The
candidate must be excited about quality, able to function independently, and
willing to work in other areas of Quality Assurance as necessary.
Experience
working with an Agile development methodology is a plus.
Previous
testing experience and understanding of Best Practices and principles of
testing are required for this position.
Desired Candidate Profile:
0.6 - 2
years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Manual
testing experience, an understanding of Best Practices and principals of
testing.
Experience
with various testing methodologies.
Basic SQL
query skills, understanding of OSCommerce applications (Magento preferred).
Experience
testing Web-based applications (preferably Internet-based).
Some
experience with automated testing tools.
Excellent
oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency
in MS Office and Visio products.
Degree in
Computer Science preferred.
