Job Description

Software Developer

Candidates will undergo a self pace on the job training for first 3 months in development or testing.

The training for developers will be in basic programming, C++, Java, HTML/CSS and PHP.

Candidates will be allocated to their respective leads right from the start.

If the candidates complete their training quickly, they can start working on the product sooner.

Initially smaller modules will be assigned and based on the performance, they will be given bigger tasks and more responsibilities.

Candidates who do very well normally become a lead within a year and half.

They start managing a team for training and assigning work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Freshers (2013 graduates/passouts with no standing arrears)

Very good aptitude and problem solving skills. This is the most important skill required.

Candidates appearing for development position should have basic knowledge in writing pseudo code to solve simple programming problems.

Programming skills in C++, Java, PHP is a plus.

Experience with Database concepts and programming a plus.
