Exposure about the Service Desk operation.

Providing L1 support to end users remotely.

Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Applications
i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Experience in troubleshooting Lotus Notes Client.

Experience in troubleshooting Operation System issues.
6.
Oral and Written communication Skills.
7.
Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills.
8.
Exposure to ITIL process & Remedy tool would be a plus
point.

Qualification :Bachelor Degree
