Secondary skills : Jira, Eclipse, Flash / Flex, Code Coverage
Special Remarks: Should be very sound technically and should be able to take a lead in delivering modules technically
Desired Profile 1. Should have good communication skills. 2. Should be able to deliver the tasks independently.
3. Should have good analytical skills.
4. Should know the best standards and coding practices.
5. Should be a good team player.
6. Should be able to document the code.
7. Thorough technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
8. Identify, track and resolve software defects
9. Construct software per requirements and design while maintaining adherence to source/build control procedures
10. Follows coding standards and the software development lifecycle defined by the organization
11. Ability to work independently or in team environment
12. Expert in Object Oriented Design & Enterprise Design patterns
13. Excellent analytical, design and trouble shooting skills
14. Knowledge of Agile Development Model and Test Driven Development
15. Knowledge of Build Process and Build Tools
16. Should be technically very sound and can remove roadbloacks
17. Help team in moving forward in the desirable pace
18. Should contribute in increasing the velocity of the project
