* A Bachelors Degree required, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

* Strong, Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
* Application development using SOAP / REST web services.
* End-to-end experience in software development life cycle and familiar with agile methodologies.
* Experience with JMX a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
