Job Description:
Engineer � GISOCC IS Infrastructure Trainee
To execute the technical activities transferred from Solution center.
To execute the technical activities at GISOCC level.
To Assist the team members, in technical activities and CMMI and QMS.
To work on MIS data ( Reporting on Tickets)
To implement the new processes in the team from time to time as applicable.
Candidate Profile
As a Trainee, ensure that,
Assist the TL in follow-up activities (Monthly Metrics, weekly reports, SSC Time tracker
updates, etc).
Asses the tickets status on daily basis and follow-up on the backlogs with the team and
retrieve the data from intern.
As a Team member, Responsible for all the assigned activities from but not limited to
technical/Project co-ordination perspective for the projects assigned.
Execute Project Deliverables in but not limited to technical/Project co-ordination
perspective with Quality and On-Time Delivery, Solution Center Project closed with agreed deadline
for the projects assigned.

UG or PG, Professional Education.
Technical Certifications.
1-3 Years Relevant Technical expertise.
