Strong programming fundamentals

Experience with Java, J2ee

Experience with Struts 2.0, Servlet

Experience with development and deployment on Linux-based OS

Experience with relational databases (like MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)

Exposure to Spring or Hibernate
