Associate Software Engineer
Lead and participate on project teams to contribute to successful project completion and
realization of targeted outcomes
Develop Applications/Automation solutions using .Net (C# or VB.Net) referencing various
applications utilizing object libraries to automate repetitive key strokes and data entry/retrieval
tasks used in claims or member processing
Assist in projects and implement initiatives to update, reengineer or rewrite Automation solutions
based on compliance initiatives, system enhancements or organizational needs
Assess and interpret the facts and needs of the business to provide innovative solutions to
complex, nonstandard requests and problems
Support ongoing system enhancements and process change activities
Communication and deployment of Automation solutions
Completion of required documentation (process maps, business requirements and/or system
specifications)
Candidate Profile
B.EB.TechM.TechMCA
1-2 years of experience as a developer using technologies .Net (C# or VB.Net), SQL
1+ years of experience in Visual Basic (VBA) programming
1+ years of experience in VB.NET programming
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
Ability to own projects start to finish (Through concept, feasibility, development, testing and
deployment)
Effective decision-making, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
