Very strong OO design and development experience

Experience in Web Services, Web Services Security, J2EE
Familiarity with SOA principles
Experience with source code version control systemsSVN
Experience with Mainframe
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
