Desktop and Hardware Support
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Client Engineer Role & responsibility (Desktop / Laptops / Printer / Scanner / mobile device)
Hardware troubleshooting
Responsible to maintain physical stock of windows Devices/phones.
Make sure to maintain centralized tracking of any product or device being received.
Manage Procuring, inventory management, Sample issuance, tracking and shipping.
Configure new devices according to the standard procedure.
Accurately adding assets in the asset management tool.
Manages physical inventory (receipt & issuance) and tracker for the same.
Capture the activities in ticketing tool according to the derived process.
Maintain and share accurate details/reports of inventory with management team whenever required.
Periodical maintenance of the devices.
