Job Description

Claims Associate (Enrollment)

Provider Enrollments (Off-shore Provider Enrollments/Production Team)

Job Purpose: 

Process provider enrollments with health care payers in the most efficient manner so providers are approved and can receive claim payment from payers.

Key Responsibilities:

Log received provider enrolments in CRM

Review provider enrollments for completion

Send provider enrollments to payers for approval

Follow up with payers for status of enrollment approvals

Record in CRM payer enrollment approvals & rejections

Qualifications:

High school graduate, some college desire

Experience in health care field desired

Skill & Knowledge:

Must be able to work as a  team player

0-1 years customer service experience

Possess problem solving & analytical ability

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work in a fast pace production work environment

Consistently meet individual production metrics and business SLA goals

Ability to be self-directed and motivated

Attention to detail and follow through with tasks

Must be able to prioritize work with competing priorities

Experienced working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.

Must have experience working in multiple applications at the same time
