Trainee

Client Responsibilities:

Understand engagements

Ensure that information provided complies with the Client and Engagement Acceptance policies

Conduct housekeeping for engagements throughout their lifecycle:

Accurately set up new engagements and communicate new codes within agreed timelines

Set up billing information and billing schedules for future billing

Process amendments accurately and timely

Prepare bills in accordance with agreed billing process

Monitor unpaid fees and encourage early resolution of external client queries

Skills Requirements:

Commerce Graduate with excellent analytical skills and good communication skills

Good working knowledge of MS Office, Good multi-tasking skills, attention to detail

Good inter personal skills, with pro-active approach, enthusiastic and a quick learner
