Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree in any discipline� 3+ year’s related customer service work experience. Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Six Sigma Lean/ Greenbelt certification.� Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication (written and verbal) skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organization, and planning skills. Solid working knowledge of all Customer Service functions and of the leasing and loan business. Understands and can clearly explain terms and conditions Proven follow-up skills Demonstrated ability to proficiently handle and own high-profile escalated situations Professional phone mannerisms with effective customer service relationship skills Passion to improve processes Able to remove emotion from situation and resolve conflict
