Job Description
Intially
will be on a direct contract with the company for a minimum of 6 months
period. Post that you will be on the
roles with the company depending on your performance.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Overlook
all administration/facility functions
Ensure that
all functions related to office administration/facilities (eg. Corporate
apartments, records, purchases as well as be hands on in checking and
maintaining all records) run smoothly
Set up and
logistics for internal training programs
Maintaining
relationship with Hoteliers
Employee
and other records and documents maintenance
Travel
arrangement co-ordination matters- airport tranfers, flight tickets.
Guest House
arrangement
Coordination
with the HK & Security
Interact
and communicate with internal teams and persons
Interact
with external parties- guests, visitors, vendors etc
Required
Knowledge and specialization:
MS
Office-Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Email and
Internet savvy
Good
communication skills - oral and written
Experience:1
to 5 years in a medium or large enterprise.
IT industry
experience preferred
Good
understanding skills and clarity of thought, expression
Willingness
to question, explore and learn
Good team
playing skills
High energy
and enthusiasm
Ability to
attend to details and willingness to work on anything without hesitation
Good
organization skills

Salary : INR
2,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A
