Trainee Process Associate
Candidate should possess B.com (2014 & 2015 pass outs Fresher's)
Responsible for handling queries raised by Customer/ Reps and provide a resolution in a timely
manner (Account Maintenance, Billing Queries, Order Maintenance Requests, Order Fulfillment and
Cancellation request).
Responsible for handling ERMS Customer Service Mailbox and provide timely response.
Exceed customer expectations for service quality and be able to identify needs and solutions for
improving customer experience.
Meet volume, time and quality standards as defined by the department.
Remain current on latest policies and procedures through self-study and other training programs provided.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the department.
Communicate with customers and internal U.S. based team members as needed.
