Data Analyst – Salesforce
Essential Day-to-Day
Responsibilities:
Monitoring
and resolving data related support requests from business users.
Performing
analysis and research on company information
Maintain
linkages between the data warehouse and financial systems.
Maintaining
data integrity through continuous improvement of documented processes
Working
with various internal customers throughout the business.
Additional
Information: (e.g. Shift Resource, % work that is development vs. maintenance,
etc.)
Regular
shift as per project needs Data Management - 50% Support/Development- 50%.
Education:
1-3 Years
of hands on Advance Excel and Salesforce.com
Qualified
BE or MCA or MBA or any Post Graduate from reputed institutes
Excellent
RDBMS and Excel Skills.
Required Skills (Must have),
Necessary
industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:
Ability to
deliver to deadlines and have proven experience with databases
Attention
to detail
Ability to
organize information
Ability to
concentrate on repetitive tasks
Ability to
communicate easily with both technical and non-technical users
1 - 2 years
experience on RDBMS and proven knowledge of database theory
1 - 3 years
Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
1 - 2 years
Experience in Salesforce.com.
