Job Description:
Web Developers
The individual will be responsible for managing day to day client communication, queue
management, request prioritization and team management.
Individual has to make sure the defined process is followed with respect to request execution,
quality check and deliver error free work to client.
Individual will be responsible for converting PSDs to HTML and create web templates, landing pages
and newsletter designs using HTML, CSS and JavaScript whenever team needs support.
Candidate Profile
Initiate continuous improvement and provide development support for both team and client.
Take on any responsibility/task assigned by the Team Leader and perform the task by specified
deadline.
Get the QA done for all development work, test and create testing documents for all development
work done.
Skills:
Team management and client management. Very good communication skills.
Position demands 2-3 years of hard core Web Development experience with PSD to HTML, News
Letters & Web Designing.
Template Creation (Table less Layouts).
HTML, HTML5, WEB 2.0, DHTML, XHTML, Basic JavaScript & Basic SQL, CSS, XML and W3
compliance.
Knowledge of responsive builds (ads, web-designs) and Knowledge on ExactTarget Platform would
be a plus.
