Job Description:
Officer - Technical Support
To support Internal employees regarding resolving any basic technical or non technical issues,
totally voice based role.
To provide support to all Tesco stores in UK&ROI. Technical refers to all hardware and software
issues that a store encounters on it equipment's, systems and applications at the Front-end, Shop
Floor and the Back-Office.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/Any Degree from any recognized university
Should have 0-4 yrs exp in Voice/Non-Voice/Semi Voice.
Good Communication Skill.
Interested to work on Voice Process.
Should be flexible working in rotational shift.
We will Provide pick n drop facility.
Note: Please note that it is a L0 level support (zero level voice support role) & Under-Graduate
with experience can apply.
