Analyze the alarms and outbound the stores to provide the details. Ensure the alarm details are passed on to the store within 60 mins from the time it reaches high or highest priority to avoid stock loss. Raise work order numbers in case of critical issues so that the engineer can visit the store and check the units. Manage the duty phone, as we get calls from the stores and contractors updating us about their works on refrigeration units. All these updates need to be circulated within the team.
