Field Engineer Fault Repair
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech (2015 Batch Only) from any recognized university.
This role is a requires field work.
Candidate should have experience in Voice & DSL
Candidate should have knowledge in Networking, DSL Modem & WiFi router configuration.
Candidate should have Copper Knowledge.
This role requires customer visit as per appointment / complaint resolution within SLA.
This role requires demo to customer and clearing all queries
This role requires 100 % process adherence during Installation (NCE, CAS, TR69, Net Expert, etc., ) & IR sign-off
This role expects escalation to Installation TL at appropriate time wherever required.
