Web Analytics
Investigate customer interactions with the site as well as site behavior and performance, using
IBM Tealeaf replay and analytics tools.
Communicate results of investigations to business, development, operations, or support groups
File defects or change requests, as needed.
Candidate Profile
Effective business communication skills
MS PowerPoint
HTML, Java scripting and Web scripting principles
Client/server request and response communications, server status codes.
Experience with data analysis.
Basic statistics.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including charting and pivot tables.
Willingness to learn IBM Tealeaf & analytics tools.
Willingness to work in 24X7 environment.
