Voice Process
Should be very good in English & Hindi Language.
Minimum 12th passed / Intermediate, Graduates also eligible but not post graduates.
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Transport is available for both sides.
Skills Required for Experienced:
Should be able to converse in English & Hindi Language.
Should have experience in BPO/Customer Support/Voice Process.
Good knowledge on Customer Service, C-SAT, Customer Support
Commitment and need for a job - To gauge stability
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Transport is available for both sides.
