Job Description:
Technical Support Associate
Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet
issues.
Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries
over the call.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night
shifts.
Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
5 days working.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate, Diploma or Intermediate with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide
effective solutions.
Min 6 months of Voice Tech Support experience or 12 months BPO or any Voice Calling Experience.
Freshers are eligible but should be a B.E, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Tech.
Should be quick learner and self-motivated.
Pleasant, professional and courteous personality.
Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
Ability to think creatively and should have positive attitude.
Strong analytical & Interpersonal skills
