Technical Support Associate
Support � troubleshooting of technical related problems
Analyzes problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at permanent solutions.
Take ownership of user problems and follow up for fast resolution on behalf of the user and
communicate progress in a timely manner.
Desired Profile:
Any Graduation (Backlogs accepted)
Strong Communication skills
Basic knowledge of Technical Support
Shift: Rotational
Week off: 2 days
Salary : 15,500 k+ Incentive
