Job Description:
Technical Support Associate
Should have basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.
Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries
over the call.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in
night shifts.
Transport facility available(Pick & Drop).
5 days working.

Ability to think creatively and should have positive attitude.
Strong analytical & Interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide
effective solutions.
Min 6 months of Voice Tech Support experience or 12 months of any Voice Calling Experience.
Should be quick learner and self-motivated.
